Bright Start Speech Pathology's Commitment

Hello to all our families, staff and visitors.

 

Bright Start Speech Pathology is committed to continuing to provide services in the most appropriate forms available, whilst also ensuring the health and safety of our team, clients and the community.

Please find below everything we are doing to ensure both of these important elements.

"The Bright Start Rules"

  • Masks are required to be worn inside our clinic by all adults, as well as children over 12, except where exempt for medical reasons

  • Use of the provided hand sanitiser is required upon arrival for all attendees

  • As required by the State Government, all of our practitioners are fully vaccinated

  • Density quotients of 1 practitioner, 1 client and a maximum of 1 parent/guardian/carer apply to all of our clinic rooms

  • All furniture, touch points and resources are cleaned between each appointment so please allow for this process by your practitioner

  • Where possible, appointments are conducted via telehealth during lockdown periods

  • Bright Start Speech Pathology follows the guidelines of both DHHS and Speech Pathology Australia in regards to PPE, cleaning practices and allowable face-to-face services
